The most memorable wedding gift you’ve ever received?
For me this was a photo album of the day from the guests perspective. It was such an incredible day but it’s true what most people say, it goes by so quickly, so having the chance to sit down a few days after, once everything is quieter to go through all the memories was very special, especially seeing moments that we may have missed or certain angles that we didn’t have. This print by Lucy Mahon is such a nice wedding gift to receive which sums up the wedding bubble feeling and the beginning of a new chapter.
A wedding gift you always love to give?
For my wedding we had asked people to gift us their favourite book. This was incredibly special as each book had a handwritten message on the inside of the cover. Now our bookshelf is full of books and memories and stories that we may not necessarily have come across before. We also wanted everyone to take home some flowers from the day, as we didn’t have the space to hold them all. This Fleck vase is a great gift to keep the flowers going days after the wedding. You can never have too many vases.

A present that surprised you in the best way?
It would have to be the messages in the books we received. I love writing cards and letters so to receive them was really special. Having them on the first page of a book means we’ll have them forever. We also received beautiful crockery and bowls to fill our kitchen shelves. This Pedestal Bowl by Joanna Ling is great for everyone, it can be used as a fruit bowl or use it to enjoy the rest of your wedding cake.
What’s a small but special gift idea?
A pair of Joanna Ling porcelain candle holders, which I use weekly without fail. They are beautifully crafted and look great on the dining table, fireplace or coffee table. They are so timeless, affordable, suit anyone's decor and can be gifted with a pair of the couples favourite colour candles.

A gift that never goes out of style?
Glassware and tableware. These both make for great presents - you can opt for neutral tones or go bold and be playful with tablescaping. So many memories are created around the table, it’s one of my favourite places in the home. This platter by Minnie-Mae Studio with two hand painted pears would make a great tableware gift, or can be used decoratively on a wall.
One thing you'd love to receive from Glassette?
It would have to be an original piece of art, they make for a great conversation starter when you have guests over. When people move into new homes it’s the one thing people struggle with the most, finding pieces for their wall. I am so proud of the selection of artwork we have on Glassette and I would be very happy to receive a print by Rory Langdon-Down like this shot of a beach in Puglia which injects the warm feeling of summer into any room.
