The bold Wood Block pattern was inspired by architectural details drawn from the Barbican Centre’s concert hall, London’s iconic Brutalist building.

This fabrication is made from a knitted jacquard with a 100% linen backing. The nature of the textile fabrication and yarn ensures an extremely soft and gentle touch, and these cushions were designed to last a lifetime.

About Ambar

Founded by Natalia Nicolau, Ambar stems from her background in fashion and a decade’s experience in developing textiles for brands both in her native Brazil and the UK. Natalia draws inspiration from traditional textile techniques such as hand-weaving and embroidery, and closely manages the development of all products with her UK suppliers along each phase of the production process.
