About Ciao Chiara

Chiara Perano is an English-Italian artist and illustrator, based by the sea in East Sussex. She creates minimal, playful drawings and lettering, with dark inks, harmonious tones and a sophisticated edge - a modern take on nostalgic Italian cultural references. A strong feminine attitude, and the beauty in nature and changing seasons also influence her work, and her style is inspired by her Italian heritage, celebrating the joys in everyday life, family, good food and design.
