Art Book

Art Book is a pen and oil pastel drawing by Poppy BH. Poppy always uses mini drawings as a way of running through ideas for larger paintings or ceramic sculptures. This piece forms part of a collection of drawings made at the artist’s home, where she wanted to explore her immediate surroundings and let viewers into her own world. Like all her drawings, she imbues everyday objects with a playful energy using strong linework, bold colours and a less is more approach.
