Kookoo Throw in Red and Yellow

Beautifully handwoven in rural north Ghana by skilled women weavers using adapted traditional looms, these beautiful and robust throws are made from 100% carbon-neutral cotton. The cotton has been grown in Africa by smallholder farmers, and the colour schemes of all our fabrics are taken from the hues that the Dagaaba people use to paint their houses. Local seamstresses have finished the throws with rows of cross stitches. Hand grown, hand woven, hand stitched. 

20% of Boon & Up profits are returned to the local community for further employment projects.
