About Rachel Bottomley

Rachel Bottomley is a British artist. The inspiration for her art can be traced back to her deep love of colour and pattern, both of which resoundingly form the distinctive characteristics of the work she produces from her studio in Surrey, England. Rachel carefully layers acrylics, inks and pastels to reinterpret, reimagine and uniquely combine her strongest influences, the natural colour palettes and patterns found in nature, as well as the world of interiors. The results is joyful, memorable artwork, bold, vivid, striking strokes of colour and unique patterns that dance across the page.
