Born from a deep curiosity to find something wonderful at her fingertips each & every day, Ayesha’s work heroes objects & moments from daily life that often go unnoticed, unexplored and unappreciated.

This piece started life as a collection of physical things: hand cut card, sculpted clay & found objects. These organic forms have beautiful irregularities, subtle marks and tiny obscurities that make the piece all the more special.

The objects are scanned and turned into illustrative compositions using graphic techniques, then to be transferred back to the physical world and painted.
