"My great grandmothers bedroom was decorated in William Morris’ classic Willow Bough wallpaper. It was such a beautiful room, with floods of golden light that shone through from the beautiful garden that it looked upon on one side and the quay it acted as a watch tower to on the other side. As a child I loved walking through her painting studio and into it. It exuded peace and strength."

Each lampshade is hand drawn and painted making every one unique.

British seaside landscapes, the history of London, Greek mythology and Italian kitsch decoration inspire and inform her imagery and exploration of design, resulting in a healthy obsession with columns and seashells. Her hand-crafted ceramics are objects of empowerment, designed to evoke nostalgia and strength, whilst focusing on classical design.
