Pleated by hand in London, the 200 thread count hand woven cotton gives a parchment like effect and the hand painted detail adds a subtle and harmonious interest.

The versatile pallet of the lampshade works wonderfully with a range of lamp bases.

The wide coolie shape diffuses the light beautifully, style it in your living room for added cosiness.

Inverting the bulb in the fitting means the lampshade can also be used as a pendant shade. Inner Frame Fitting clips onto a standard candle bulb.

Available in two sizes: Medium - side length, 19cm, top diameter, 6.5cm, bottom diameter, 36cm.

Large - side length, 23cm, top diameter, 5.5cm, bottom diameter, 42cm.

To protect the pleats the lampshade comes detached from the inner frame, assembly instructions are included and it is simple to put together.

Ceau Store makes beautiful pleated lampshades for your home. Founder Emily Hendy was unable to find the perfect lampshade for her home and so, inspired by her husband’s Danish roots, set out to imagine her own. Each lampshade is hand crafted to order by Emily in her South East London studio using the highest quality sustainable materials.With around 20 different stages in the making process, each lampshade takes roughly three hours to complete. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to achieving crisp and uniform pleats, ready to light up your home.
