Having just moved back to Epping Forest from London, Harlie has used her every day surroundings to create a small collection of paintings that merge between days spent in the woods and the garden. Being a flower lover, she enjoys incorporating typically wild flowers into her work, that are found, foraged and admired out in nature. Her work explores earthy colours and the different shapes and patterns that she notices in the whimsical flowers and chain like branches of nature; these paintings represent those crowded and beautifully overgrown corners of our green spaces.
