Bitter Yam Field Rug

Handwoven using wool yarn, wool roving and linen. Each rug takes three weavers one week to create, and the inspiration for the ‘Bitter Yam Field’ pattern comes from the lines of the crop in a field in the savannah as the leaves dry out later in the farming season.
